A team store is an online shop where teams, businesses, fans, and family can shop for apparel and accessories decorated with the logos of your local youth team or organization. By working with Blatant Team Store, we host your store for you, as well as design any logos, manufacture all products, and handle all the shipping and distribution. Plus, your team receives a fundraising check at the end of the team store.

How much does a logo design cost?
Logo design is completely FREE when you open up a team store with us! Just tell us your idea for your logo and our experienced design team will get right on it. You even get final approval to make sure that your dream logo becomes a reality.
Can I use my own logo?

Can I add multiple colors of one product to a store?
Absolutely! You can add as many variations of the same product as you like.
How are the logos put on the apparel?
Logos are put on the apparel and other items through various decorating techniques depending on the item. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Screenprinting
- Heat Transfers
- Dye-sublimation
- Embroidery
Can customers personalize their apparel?
Yes! On any items with the ability to customize, the option will be presented to you prior to adding the item to your cart. Customization varies by item, but mostly consists of embroidered or screen-printed names and/or numbers. As you add your product and customization to your cart, more information about the type of customization and location of the customization can be found.
What will my personalization look like?
While it changes from product to product, most personalization consists of an embroidered or screen-printed name and/or number. Whether your product has its personalization embroidered or screen-printed will depend on the product, and can be found in the description when you add your personalization to your product. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about personalizing your product.
Can I choose the logo location on certain products?
Yes. Our dedicated account managers and design team will work hand in hand with you to design your products. Logos can be placed in a variety of locations, depending on the product type.
What are the sizing options?
Each type of product offers different sizes. However, most of our products range from Youth X-Small all the way up to at least Adult 2X-Large. Please note that certain items are only available in adult sizes Small to 2X-Large. Big and Tall sizes are also available upon request.
Where can I find sizing charts?
Almost every product features a sizing chart on the product page. It's placed on the page as a secondary product image, and can be found by cycling through the product images. Having trouble finding it? Feel free to contact us at info@blatantteamstore.com and we can send one to you.
Orders
How can I cancel or check on the status of my order?
You can check on the status of your order by logging into your account. To cancel your order, you can contact us at info@blatantteamstore.com. However, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started on your order.
Is there someone I can contact regarding my order?

When will my uniform/special order item arrive?
All uniforms, helmets, gloves, helmet stickers, and any other special order items usually take at least 5 weeks for production. Once production is complete and your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 10-14 business days after your order is placed. If there are any items in your team store that require longer production time, it will be clearly noted.
For example, most special order items such as uniforms, helmet stickers/wraps, helmets, or gloves commonly feature order deadlines where orders for these items must be placed by the deadline day. These items will usually ship at least 5 weeks AFTER the order deadline has passed. Orders containing these special order items will not ship until complete, so in order to receive your apparel sooner, please place 2 separate orders.
Please note that inital orders from newly set up team stores may take some extra time for production as we gather the initial supplies required for production of your team's gear.
What shipping options are available?
Customers can select from either USPS or UPS. Expedited shipping is available from both services.
PLEASE NOTE: Choosing an expedited shipping option DOES NOT mean your order will ship in that amount of days. Orders will still take at least 10-14 business days for processing and production. Your expedited shipping will take place once the order production is complete and shipped.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the distance your package has to travel to get to you, as well as the weight of your package. If you would like to expedite the shipping of your order, you will be charged according to the service that you choose at checkout.
Refunds and Returns

Returns
All items are made to order. For that reason, items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and/or decoration.
Non-decorated items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
To confirm if your order is eligible for a return or exchange, please contact Blatant Team Store at info@blatantteamstore.com or by calling 516-586-8162, Monday through Friday from 9:30 am until 5:30 pm EST.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of any defects.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
